Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment despite fortuitous events or force majeure which would delay the delivery independently of the will and kindness of TOMATREND.IT.
Will be sent via our courier (usually 24/48ore delivery) with tracking and drop-signed.
Shipping charges include the cost of packaging and postage, at a cost of € 8 for orders over € 100 are free. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the destination (ITALY, EUROPE, etc.). We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders placed separately, and it will be applied to each of the shipping. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Shipping ITALY € 8 delivery 24/48ore of payment.
Shipping EUROPE 20/25 € delivery in 3/7giorni working payment.
Shipping REST OF THE WORLD € 35 delivery in 7/12 working days from payment.
Satisfaction or refund
10.1: Conditions for return products without sales or promotions:
The duration in which the customer can solleciatare an exchange or enforce his right of withdrawal is 10 days from the date of receipt of the item or items.
The return of the item or items in this term must imperatively follow the steps detailed here after:

Step 1:
Sent a communication to tomatrend@live.it explaining the reasons for the return.
Step 2:
After authorization to return, simply return the item to TOMA srl via Graduates No. 6 63013 Grottammare (AP)
Step 3:
Upon receipt of your neck, TOMATREND.IT validate your request restitution.
Will be rejected by the seller all damaged items that were not reported by the customer at the time of delivery.
Treatment of packages not delivered by our courier
These are the packages that have not been delivered to the final destination for the following reasons: unknown recipient, unclaimed, refused, shipping damage, tampering ...

11.1: Cause of return of the neck: unknown recipient address or fault

it is returned to the sender of packages by courier to the following reason: The recipient does not live at the address indicated.

Upon receipt and acceptance of the package by our services, TOMATREND.IT contact the customer to resubmit the order if the product is still available, or make a refund (shipping charges will not be reimbursed), depending the choice of the customer (shipping charges are charged to the customer)
TOMATREND.IT reserves the right to make a refund (excluding shipping costs) instead of a new shipment of the order if detected more consignments sent back to the sender with addressee unknown.

11.2: Cause of return of the neck: "ABSENT / ADVISED"

These are the packages that have not been picked up by the customer at the post office or at the point of delivery on time.

Upon receipt and acceptance of the package by our services, TOMATREND.IT contact the customer to resubmit the order if the product is still available, or make a refund (shipping charges will not be refunded) order depending on the customer's choice.
TOMATREND.IT reserves the right to make a refund (excluding shipping costs) instead of the new order delivery if you have multiple items unclaimed.

11.3: Cause of return of the neck, "REFUSED"

Upon delivery, the customer refused the neck.
Upon receipt and acceptance of the package by our services, you will be credited (excluding shipping costs) on account.
